NUsport Newcastle has a range of activities and programs just for school kids, in both holidays and during the school term! Specially designed for children of all ages, our programs include learn to swim programs, swim squad programs and holiday sport and entertainment programs. NUsport Newcastle is a great place to help your kids learn, grow and play in a safe and fun environment.
Newcastle school kids are provided with a variety of programs that are designed to deliver sport and physical activity to develop fundamental movement skills to help them lead healthy and fulfilling lives.

Swim Academy - Learn to Swim
NUsport's Swim Academy offers a unique range of learning and development programs for all ages and abilities in a bright, happy and safe environment. We promote water awareness, confidence, safety, fitness, stroke development and teach without the use of floatation aids.
Holiday Swim Intensives
Our Holiday Swimming Intensive program is run over consecutive days during school holidays. The Swim Academy holiday intensive program is ideal for all children from beginners through to competitive swimmers. Our holiday intensive program is for Yellow 1, Yellow 2, Yellow 3, Red 1, Red 2 and Red 3 levels.
Squad Program
NUsport's Squad Program provides a more focused training program for young athletes and those wishing to build on the basic skills learnt in the Swim Academy’s learn to swim programs. There are five squad training levels: Development, Youth, Target, State and National.
The Sports Holiday Program is for kids aged 6 to 12 years and is the perfect solution to keep your kids happy and active during the school holidays. Your kids will thank you for this opportunity and we provide these full day sessions to cater for busy, working families in a safe indoor environment.

Splash Zone is open to everyone aged 6+ years who can swim unassisted with no flotation devices.

Splash Zone Entry Fee is Aquatics entry fee plus $10 per person per session.

PLEASE NOTE: when booking online you will purchase a $10 Splash Zone pass. You will also be required to pay the Aquatic entry fee on arrival to NUsport.
You can book a birthday party or private function all year round.
*Groups of 10 or more require a booking outside community time. Please contact our Member Relations team on 4921 7001 or submit an enquiry form to make a booking.
**All children are required to complete a 15m Swim Test prior to participating on the Splash Zone. Any children who do not pass the 15m Swim Test will NOT be able to go on the Splash Zone due to safety reasons.
Book an amazing pool party for your child at NUsport's Splash Zone (Suitable for ages 6 and above) available party times are Saturday & Sunday 12:30pm, 2:00pm & 3:30pm.

Are you a new member with a child 6 months – 2 years of age? You can enrol directly into our Waterbabies class. Are you an existing or previous member? Login to your member portal here with the email address attached to your primary account. If you have never logged in before, click on the Forgot Password link to reset your account.

The NUsport Swim Academy runs in line with NSW School terms. Bookings are accepted all year round with holiday intensives available during the school holidays.
Enjoy weekly swimming lessons for $18 per lesson. Our fortnightly direct debit makes payments easy and affordable.
NUsport Swim Academy is an ongoing enrolment, preventing the need to re-enrol each term and offering you your preferred lesson time.
NUsport's Squad programs are made easy and affordable with fortnight direct debit payments. The squad program runs all year round. Speak with the Aquatic Programs Manager or Head Coach to ensure you have the best membership to help you achieve your swimming goals.
You can book a birthday party for your child via our Membership Portal. If you are a current member, login to your Member Portal and find a date and time within the Programs calendar.

The Splash Zone is open for drop in sessions during the school holidays.
