Jumpstart Your Fitness Journey with NUsport's JUST START Program

Starting a fitness routine can be challenging, but sometimes the hardest part is staying motivated. NUsport is here to be your movement motivator with our FREE 6-week JUST START program.

Feel Better, Just Start

Under the expert guidance of NUsport’s Exercise Physiologist, Nadine Watson, and a dedicated Exercise Sport Science placement student, you'll be in the best hands to begin your exercise journey. This program focuses on building your confidence and foundational fitness, rather than pushing your limits.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

  • Duration: 6-week committed movement block
  • Supervision: Led by an Exercise Physiologist
  • Session Types: Weekly sessions available as either 1-on-1 (Wednesdays) or small group sessions (Mondays)
  • Access: Full access to NUsport, Callaghan, and Harbourside
  • Location: The program will take place at NUsport, Harbourside, starting June 2024.
