Incorporating both Les Mills and freestyle programs led by our team of inspirational, qualified and experienced instructors, the class delivery is second to none with over 100 classes per week to choose from.

AquaFIT

This aquatic based; low-impact workout will give you great results. AquaFIT classes may include water running, resistance style training, athletic drills in the deep water for added intensity / variety. You can work at your chosen pace, there’s no impact, completely weightless on your joints and perfect for all levels of exercise.

This is full-throttle cardio workout that hits every muscle and floods your system with feel-good energy. BODYATTACK™ blends athletic training with explosive cardio moves. Whether you choose high-impact or lower impact options, you build fitness, endurance, and stamina. The moves are high-impact and high-energy, but there are always options to vary the intensity.

BODYBALANCE™

BODYBALANCE™ is a beautiful blend of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates shaped to strengthen your body and free your mind. Flow, hold, stretch, strengthen and breathe. This workout leaves you feeling serene and strong. This is a science-backed workout, shown to improve strength and balance, lift positivity levels and improve sleep quality.

BODYPUMP™

BODYPUMP™ is heart-pumping, high-rep resistance training. A full-body workout that builds strength endurance – and leaves you feeling strong, fit and euphoric. A powerful blend of proven strength fundamentals. This workout spans across 10 high-energy tracks, hitting every major muscle group. Movements include squats, deadlifts, clean-and-presses, and more. The format pushes you further and sets you up with results you can see – and feel.

CORE

The ultimate scientific core workout, this full-body class sculpts and strengthens your abs, glutes and back. Want to get better at everything you do? This workout will make it happen. CORE will improve your stability, elevate speed, and assist injury prevention. This workout is inspired by elite athletic training principles, the exercises hone in on the torso and sling muscles. Every class emphasizes great technique and awareness, so you can learn about your body and make it stronger.

DIY Swim

DIY (Do It Yourself) offers a 'SwimFIT' solution to anyone who can't make the morning or afternoon timetabled sessions. You will find your pre-programmed 'Swim Set' ready for you to follow on the whiteboard located at the shallow end of the pool. You can spend as little or as long as you can spare in your lunch break. Speak with the Lifeguard on duty if you require any support.

Fusion

Fusion is a freestyle class with elements of step, aerobic conditioning and body weight movement. This class starts with stretch and mobility work, getting your mind and body ready for the high energy aerobic component. The class finishes with some step aerobics to build strength in the legs and glutes.

GRIT Series™

A 30 minute LES MILLS GRIT™ workout is fast & fierce, pushing you to your limits. GRIT Strength blends HIIT and weight training to build lean muscle and cardio fitness. GRIT Cardio uses bodyweight drills for speed and stamina. GRIT Athletic often uses a step for explosive agility training. This workout helps you hit peak training zones at precisely the right moments. You move at your pace, supported by motivational instructors that drive you to push harder, dig deeper, and level up every time.

HIIT

Challenge your personal threshold in 30 minutes of functional fitness using a combination of body weight, resistance focused exercises and cardio drills in a small group training environment. This workout packs a punch and is different every time. Though HIIT is high in intensity, options can be provided for all fitness levels.

Take to the mat and flow through traditional moves backed by modern science. Strength, flexibility and modern breathwork. With expert guidance to build technique and control. You’ll walk away feeling strong, uplifted, and calm. Expect the best of traditional Pilates mixed with science-backed movement. There’s a sense of flow as you move through slow and simple movements to strengthen your abs, glutes, back, and hips.

Feel the beat. Push the pace. RPM™ is where you ride to the rhythm. Set your own resistance, and let the music guide your cycle journey. RPM will shift your cardio fitness to a higher gear. This low-impact workout is based on the science of cardio peak training. Expect a journey of flat rides, hill climbs and intense sprints. The energizing soundtrack will help you keep pace with the pack.

SwimFIT 60

Fun and fitness in the water for swimmers of all fitness levels and abilities. This non-impact workout redefines water-based activity by keeping your heart rate up and taking the stress off your body. Whether you are a beginner, fitness swimmer, competitive master, surf competitor, triathlete or undergoing rehab, jump in and let our coaches motivate you to go the distance.

Team Training

Enjoy a small group training session with our Gym Instructors taking you through a combination of strength, cardio, and stamina workouts for all fitness levels. Think small group Personal Training in style and be prepared for a challenge, paired with a whole lot of fun! Sessions are 40 minutes in duration.

Zumba™
