NU TRAIN is designed for all fitness levels with classes being adjustable for each participant. Join our Gym Trainers on the gym floor to learn correct lifting techniques and watch your performance improve.
Our trainers have created an 8-week training program that includes NU CROSS and NU LIFT combined into blocks. Our regular attendees can see their strength and technique improve over time, but we also encourage new participants to start any time and join in the fun!
Classes are free for members and bookings are ESSENTIAL via The Forum app or on our website.
