With the current requirement to wear masks, we know it can be challenging and feel strange - especially while exercising.
Our very own Bek Nutter, has some helpful tips on understanding the effects on our body through this change to our breathing, and how to be better at exercising with a mask.
Here is a three part video series aimed to help our community through this period of change and help you stay consistent.
