NU TRAIN is a 60 minute strength and conditioning style class designed for all fitness levels with classes being scalable to accommodate for all fitness levels. In class you will work on building strength with compound movements, cardiorespiratory fitness in interval style conditioning workouts and finish the session off with some lower intensity accessory work to help bring it all together.
NU Train follows 6 to 8 week training blocks so that you can build on your strength and fitness and see improvements as you progress though the weeks. Our regular attendees can see their strength and technique improve over time, but we also encourage new participants to start any time and join in the fun.
